Extension comprising new kitchen with downstairs WC
Keith and Lynne contacted us to discuss the possibility of building an extension on the side of their house to accommodate a utility room and downstairs WC to free up space in the kitchen which they also needed renovating.
After visiting the site and discussing various options we undertook to build a kitchen extension with knock through from the existing kitchen thus doubling the size of the kitchen area and accommodating their appliances in a new Howdens kitchen. A convenient fully tiled downstairs WC with wash hand basin was also incorporated into the scheme and the job was finished with high quality tile effect laminate flooring.
